Calibration Column

Method of using flow calibration column

When used, the medium is first injected into the calibration column. The liquid level of the medium is consistent with the maximum scale of the calibration column. Then close the other inlet valve, open the valve between the calibration column and the pump, so that the pump only from the calibration column in the extraction medium, and then open the pump timing, carefully look at the specified time in the calibration column liquid to reduce the volume number, and then compared with the theoretical volume number, so as to analyze whether the pump is accurate measurement when working according to the comparison, and then adjust the accuracy of the pump according to the situation.
