Chemical Dosing System

The chemical dosing system mainly consists of solution box, stirring box (with stirrer), metering pump, liquid level meter, electric control cabinet, pipeline, valve, pressure gauge, filter, base, etc.

The dosing system is prepared in the stirring box according to the required concentration of pharmaceuticals, and the solution is put into the solution box after being stirred evenly by the stirrer, and the prepared solution is delivered to the dosing point or the designated system by the metering pump (dosing pump).

Applications

• Power plant furnace dosing: feed water plus ammonia, plus hydrazine, furnace water plus phosphate, furnace water plus phosphate coordination and control, condensate water plus ammonia, etc.
• Water treatment dosing: sewage plus flocculant, plus coagulant, plus defoamer, etc.
• Boiler injection chemical solution, mainly used in thermal power plants, chemical industry, metallurgy, ships, centralized heating and other occasions using boilers.
• Environmental protection in wastewater, sewage treatment in the dosing, mainly used in cities, industrial and mining enterprises, large hotels, restaurants, wastewater, sewage treatment.
• Used for pretreatment dosing of tap water, mainly used in urban water plants, large enterprises’ self-provided water plants, textile printing and dyeing, iron and steel, paper making and other industries.
• Power plant furnace plus drug: raw water plus flocculant, raw water plus coagulant, circulating water plus stabilizer, circulating water plus scale inhibitor, circulating water plus biocide, start boiler room plus ammonia, start boiler room plus phosphate, condenser ferrous sulfate coating, etc.
