Prominent Sigma 2 Dosing Pump
The sigma 2 piston dosing pump is a high-precision pump with precisely adjustable pump capacity in 0.2% increments. The user can adjust the pump capacity manually or choose to equip it with an electric actuator or control drive for automatic adjustment. The sigma 2 is available in various power-side versions for different application scenarios, including ATEX certified explosion hazardous areas.

- Manually adjustable in 1% increments using a self-locking rotary dial (optional actuator or control drive available)
- Accuracy over ±1% based on maximum stroke volume under correct, constant conditions, proper installation, and calibration
- Patented multi-layer safety diaphragm with optical diaphragm rupture indication (as an option for diaphragm rupture warning systems via contacts)
- Three-phase standard AC motors, single-phase AC motors, motors for explosive hazardous areas, and different flange designs for customer-specific motors
- For use in explosion hazardous areas II 2G Ex h IIC T3 Gb X or II 2G Ex h IIC T4 Gb X (optional)
- High-strength fiberglass reinforcement, strong plastic housing, excellent chemical resistance
