Prominent Delta Dosing Pump

Prominent delta dosing pump is a powerful continuous dosing pump with a wide range of capacities and adjustment ratios up to 3600:1. Its compact design allows the feed rate to be adjusted and displayed from the keypad and supports a wide range of control options, including passive contacts and standard signals.

Features

• The displacement body is driven by an electromagnet which an electronic controller controls.
• The stroke length and speed determine the capacity.
• The stroke length adjustment knob can adjust the stroke length and the capacity per stroke can be adjusted accordingly.
• Clogged injection points or broken metering lines are automatically detected.
• The pump can be run in calibration in all operating modes. The calibration is valid over the entire stroke rate range and 0 – 100 % of the stroke length.
• Detects air or gas trapped at the end of the liquid (airlock).
• OptoDrive feature for continuous dosing offering 3600:1 turndown ratio.
